A brand new campaign concept, built from nothing, delivered in under six weeks. For a startup that could not afford to wait.
The Brief
Poppy Seed Health created a first of its kind telehealth platform giving pregnant and postpartum women direct access to doulas, midwives, and nurses around the clock. We started as a graphic design hire. It became clear fast that a video campaign was the real need.
We were handed a blank page and asked to build something that could speak to the real anxieties women carry during pregnancy and postpartum.
The Approach
After surveying real customer responses and mapping out the specific fears women shared, we landed on the campaign concept: One Text Away. Inspired by Dear Abby, the campaign answered the unspoken questions and worries of new and expecting mothers and showed how Poppy Seed Health could be there for those moments.
Every creative choice, casting, location, lighting, was made to feel warm and present. Not clinical. Not distant. Real.
The Results
We handled concept creation, casting, scripting, location scouting, talent contracting, Covid compliance, camera supervision, behind the scenes photography, and post production. All of it. Start to finish in four to six weeks.
For a healthcare startup moving at startup speed, that kind of full service execution is the difference between launching and waiting.
